Every month I have to call and have this $2.99 per line charge removed. Sprint Care promises every month that it won't show up again, but it does. I, nor they, have no clue where it came from and why despite them removing any and all 'subscriptions' into the service that it reappears each and every month. How do I get this to stop?
While it is reimbursed, I do actually pay for it first. I know worse hassles exist in life, but does anyone know of a better phone number/contact to get this sorted out? I can't use the website to amend.

PCCT is 'Jargon' but they should know the term. Ask them to check all 'SOCS' and have any socs showing lookout backdated to show a removal as of your current cycle. All else fails contact lookout. I like lookout Premium.
